Beginner-friendly • French & English guidance • One class per week + content to take home
Each week, we meet in person for a full class combining:
Movement (asanas) — to release tension, wake up the body and reconnect.
Breathing (pranayama) — to soothe the nervous system and invite clarity.
Relaxation — to rest, digest, and do absolutely nothing (on purpose)
Then, after class, you’ll receive access to online content to support your practice through the week:
A short video of the posture sequence we did together, to help you remember, explore deeper, or move at home, whenever it suits you.
A guided relaxation (yoga nidra or breath practice) to help you pause, reset, and rest.

Private Session

Whether it’s a birthday, bachelorette, weekend with friends, or just a much-needed pause, this private class is a unique way to slow down, breathe, and share something meaningful.
You’ll get:
✔️ A 1h30 tailor-made session, adapted to your group’s energy and needs
✔️ Space to explore yoga gently and safely, even if it’s your first time
✔️ A mix of movement, breath, and rest, with a focus on connection : to your body, to the moment, and to each other
✔️ My full guidance, in French or English (or both).

Online yoga
Practice wherever you are.
Beginner-friendly • French & English guidance • Replays available for 7 days
These short and sweet online sessions are designed to fit into your real life. Each class is around 30 minutes long, open to all levels, and includes movement, breath, and presence without pressure. You can follow from home, the office, or wherever you need a break.
And if you can’t make it live? You’ll receive access to the replay for one week.

Soft Rising
Move before the mind takes over.
A slow and grounding wake-up practice. Gentle mobility to root yourself before emails, meetings, and mental clutter. Come as you are, pyjamas included.
Bubbly Noon
Mood boost & mini reset before the weekend.
A light-hearted session to shake off the week and shift gears. A mix of intuitive movement, breath, balance work, and creative visualization. It’s your permission slip to move with joy — and start the weekend already smiling.
Evening Cleanse
Release the day. Keep the energy.
A gentle but energising session to help you land after work — without crashing. Expect movement, breath, and a little inner space to stretch into. The kind of practice that feels like a shower for the nervous system.

Office yoga

Tailored yoga sessions and workshops for your team.
1-hour classes • On-site in Brussels • French or English

These yoga sessions are:
