Beginner-friendly • French & English guidance • 1-hour class • small groups
We meet in person in a warm and friendly environment for a full class combining:
Movement (asanas) the heart of the practice, making up about 50–75% of the session, to release tension, awaken the body, and reconnect.
Breathing (pranayama) about 0–15% of the practice, to soothe the nervous system and invite clarity.
Relaxation (nidra) around 0–15% of the time, to deeply rest, digest, enjoy immobility and relax with intention.
Each session is thematic and adapted to the moment, whether it’s the season, the time of day, or the energy of the group. This way, every class feels fresh and supportive, helping you connect with yourself and what you need right now.
A space apart from the usual flow of the day, to reconnect, recharge, and realign.

Private Session

You’ll get a 90-minute session tailored to your level, your energy, and what you want to focus on right now. The approach is fully personalised, combining knowledge and awareness of your body and mind.

Online yoga classes

These short and sweet online sessions are designed to fit into your real life. Each class is around 30 minutes long, open to all levels, and includes movement, breath, and presence without pressure. You can follow from home, the office, or wherever you need a break.
And if you can’t make it live? You’ll receive access to the replay for one week.

Soft Rising
Move before the mind takes over.
A slow and grounding wake-up practice. Gentle mobility to root yourself before emails, meetings, and mental clutter. Come as you are, pyjamas included.
Bubbly Noon
Mood boost & mini reset before the weekend.
A light-hearted session to shake off the week and shift gears. A mix of intuitive movement, breath, balance work, and creative visualization. It’s your permission slip to move with joy — and start the weekend already smiling.
Evening Cleanse
Release the day. Keep the energy.
A gentle but energising session to help you land after work — without crashing. Expect movement, breath, and a little inner space to stretch into. The kind of practice that feels like a shower for the nervous system.

Office yoga
