Hello, I’m Naïoumi, yoga teacher, psychology graduate, and someone who believes deeply in making yoga part of real, everyday life.

I found yoga when I needed more balance in my life. What began as a search for strength and flexibility slowly became a way to relate differently to stress, rest, and daily life.

I trained in Hatha Yoga in Rishikesh (500h) and later in Yoga Nidra in Brussels. I also hold a degree in psychology and am training in hypnotherapy. My background in psychology and my ongoing training in hypnotherapy allow me to teach with a holistic lens: caring for the body, the breath, the mind, and the nervous system as one.

Yoga helped me reconnect with myself.

Soft Sleep
A calming practice to slow down and prepare for deep, restorative sleep.

Noon Balance
Light, joyful movement to release morning tension and support digestion before lunch.

Evening Cleanse
A gentle yet energising session to release the day, like a quiet shower for the nervous system.
