I came to yoga for practical reasons at first: I wanted to get stronger and more flexible. But as it often happens, I slowly realised the full power of yoga. Things started shifting. Not just in my body, but in how I related to stress, rest, and the world around me.
In 2019, I travelled to Rishikesh, India, to complete a 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training. I’ve been teaching on and off since then whenever I could while working a full-time job in Brussels. In 2024, I trained in Yoga Nidra in Brussels, deepening my passion for rest as a doorway to presence. Besides yoga, I have a background in psychology and I’m currently training in hypnotherapy.
I’m now preparing to fully launch my own independent yoga space : coming this September!
Yoga found me when I needed it most. I hope it finds you too.
My approach
My teaching blends what I learned in India with my background in psychology.
That means I care deeply about how the nervous system works, how the body holds stress while . The postures are tools. The breath is a guide. But the real practice? It happens when you start noticing what’s going on inside without judgment, with a bit more connection and care. Classes are simple, clear, and adapted to real lives: busy, tired, sometimes chaotic. I don’t do show-off yoga. Because yoga isn’t something you perform, it’s something you live. One breath, one moment, one little shift at a time. If you’re an overthinker, a perfectionist, or someone who can’t sit still , you’re in the right place.
I’ve designed my offers to help you practice more often, at your rhythm, and without pressure. Online or in person, solo or in a group, always with a human approach.
