Terms and conditions

Welcome, and thank you for considering practicing with me.
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Naïoumi Lasseaux (operating under the name ‘Aumaï Yoga’, www.aumaiyoga.com), a self-employed yoga teacher registered in Belgium, and apply to any person (“the participant” or “you”) enrolling in or accessing any class, program, event, or digital service offered through the website or otherwise.
1. My Offer
1.1 Weekly Classes
You can join regular yoga sessions:
- In person: at Centre Emergences, Rue des Cultivateurs 54, 1030 Brussels
- Online: via Zoom (link and info provided upon registration)
1.2 Access to Digital Content
Sessions from the Hatha Yoga & Beyond program and Online Classes include access to follow-up resources: videos, audios (yoga nidra, breathwork), and suggested weekly schedules. These are made available for a limited period (usually one or two weeks), depending on the type of pass purchased.
1.3 Private Sessions & Events
Private classes and small-group sessions (e.g. birthdays, bachelorette parties, friends’ retreats) are available upon request. Up to 5 people. Extra fee applies for any additional participant. Tailored pricing applies.
1.4 Workplace Wellness (Corporate)
Yoga and relaxation sessions for companies and teams are available. These are subject to a separate agreement.
2. Booking & Payment
- Bookings are required for all sessions and must be made in advance via the platform or method indicated (e.g. booking tool, email, forms, or payment link).
- Payments are due upon booking. Your spot is only confirmed once payment is received.
- For private classes bookings, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure the booking. The exact amount will be confirmed during booking.
- It is the responsibility of the member to settle any unpaid participation to a class, workshop or other event at the studio. I reserve the right to deny entry to a class until the until unpaid participations (and/or negative balance) are settled.
- All prices are in euros and include any applicable taxes.
3. Class Passes, Packages & Digital Access
3.1 Class Passes & Validity
- Class passes (e.g. 5-class or 10-class bundles) are valid for a specific duration (usually 1 to 3 months), and specific products, which will be clearly communicated at purchase.
- Passes are non-transferable and non-refundable for any reason.
- The Discovery Pass (“Start Me Up”) is an introductory offer for new members only. It is available only once per member and give access to one Hatha Yoga & Beyond class.
- It is your responsibility to book classes within the validity period. Extensions are only granted in exceptional cases, to my discretion, and must be requested in writing.
3.2 Online Content – Access & Automation
- For programs that include video/audio content, digital access is linked to the pass or session purchased.
- Most content is available for 1 to 2 weeks after the class, unless otherwise specified.
- Automation is in place where possible (e.g. links sent post-class), but some elements may be sent manually. You’re welcome to reach out if you haven’t received the content within 24h after class.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Group Classes
- You may cancel up to 6 hours before the start of a group class for in-person or online sessions.
- Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3.2 Private Sessions
- For private classes, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the full fee is due.
- If you cancel more than 24 hours before the session, you won’t be charged beyond the deposit.
- For private classes only, exceptions may be considered for medical emergencies or major unforeseen events, at my discretion.
3.3 Class Cancellations by Me
If I ever need to cancel a class (due to illness, travel, or exceptional circumstances), you will be offered a credit toward another session.
5. Participation & Health Disclaimer
- Yoga is generally safe and beneficial, but it is your responsibility to ensure that you are fit to practice.
- By attending a class, you confirm that you do not have any medical condition that would prevent you from safely participating.
- If you’re pregnant, recovering from injury, or dealing with a specific physical or mental condition, please inform me in advance. I may offer modifications, but the practice remains your responsibility.
- My approach integrates movement, stillness, and at times meditative or visualisation techniques. You always remain free to skip or adapt what doesn’t feel right for you.
6. Studio Guidelines – In-Person Classes
For in-person classes at Centre Emergences, participants are asked to follow the venue’s house rules, which include:
- No shoes in the practice rooms (shoe covers available if needed)
- No food or drinks (except closed water bottles) in the studio or garden
- No incense, candles, or open flames
- Respect for the space, materials, and fellow participants
- Keeping the space clean and tidy after class
Failure to respect these rules may result in being refused access to future classes without refund.
7. Liability
- I am not liable for any injury or loss sustained during or after participation in a class or use of online content.
- All practices are offered in good faith and with care, but they are not a substitute for medical advice, therapy, or treatment.
8. Intellectual Property & Use of Content
- All videos, audios, class materials, and written content shared through this program remain my intellectual property.
- You may use them for your personal practice only. Sharing, copying, or distributing content without permission is not allowed and may result in legal action and/or financial compensation claims.
- All classes and content (including live online sessions, videos, audios, written materials) are licensed for single-user personal use only. Sharing access with others, including but not limited to distributing Zoom links, replays, or login credentials, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.
9. Data Protection & Privacy
- Your personal information is handled respectfully and in accordance with GDPR regulations.
- Your personal data remain fully confidential.
- Your data is only used for administrative and communication purposes related to the classes and will never be shared without your consent.
- You may unsubscribe from emails at any time.
10. Modifications
I reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on the website. You are advised to review it regularly.
